This is why it is CRUCIAL that people pay attention to local races and upcoming primaries in their states. We have gotten to this point largely because people have ignored them in the past. The state GOP apparatus puts their money behind their chosen candidate, they win the primary because nobody pays attention, then when it’s time for the general, the acting performance gets kicked into high gear (Republican good, Democrat bad), and you vote for the R.
What EVERYONE needs to do is start paying attention to the primary candidates who don’t have the commercials, ads, or a big presence. All of those commercials and ads you see are signals that the candidate is on board with their state GOP organization and part of the RNC/RINO train. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. Pay attention to the lesser known candidate, NOT the big name.

If we don’t get rid of the electronic voting machines and go to analog paper ballots, both sides will continue to select who gets to hold office rather then the voters electing them. Until that happens, we’ll continue to have selections not elections
