This would have shocked me 10 years ago and bothered me 7 years ago. Today I would have been surprised to learn that MSM corporations were doing anything that approached objective journalism. I adopted a rule for evaluating information at the beginning of 2021: If I read it or hear it, it's not true. It has served me surprisingly well since then.
I assume they are being paid to push us into a war with Russia or at least promote sympathy toward Ukraine so we will pump billions into their war efforts. Shame on every news outlet that goes along with this. It’s just like living in North Korea except you would have been sent to the prison camps by now Emerald.

After losing my job due to my company's corporate only, no doughnut shop vaccine mandate (Krispy Kreme) I had to stop yours and a lot of subscriptions. 2 months later and with a new company not pushing vaccines, today I came back. I've been logging on to the 'free' Newsmax app and almost every time will have to sit through a vaccine commercial, which was always quite puzzling. Now I know why. Kudos to you, Emerald. But now I'll need to use a squinky eye viewing your former employer along with the raised eyebrow I'd already had been utilizing.

Really big, big money is having a very pernicious affect on the foundations of a society that prides itself on being a free people. Science coupled with capitalism and the freedom to practice capitalism has generated unprecedentedly wealthy new fangled tyrants who use the greed of the less fortunate leadership class to destroy virtually all the guiding principles of Western civilization. Nascent strong opposition to the new tyrants are turned with offers of millions unavailable to them any other way. They take the money and either pretend to be opposition or just fade into the woodwork. Wealth is more immense and concentrated than ever before. Greed is as it has ever been. Years of upheaval awaits.
