Hoyt needs to be investigated, and if dirty, prosecuted to the fullest. If a traitor, then sentenced appropriately. And all his cases need to be reviewed to see if there was any malfeasance on his part regarding sentencing. Just saying, this is a war brought to us, the people, by seditionists and traitors.
